I selected this provider out of convenience because he was literally 10 minutes from my home. I should have looked at the reviews prior to doing that. I went weeks without my medications because they wouldn't return calls to me or my pharmacy. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours while I done grocery shopping just to see how long it wold take them to stop putting me back on hold until I finally gave in and hung up. I mentioned to one of his student doctors that I had this bad experience with his MA's which are mostly very young and his response to me was that "It's probably in your own best interest not to mention this to the dr". WHAT??? After this is when I couldn't get a response from the MA's or Dr regarding refills, etc. My personal experience here was terrible.

My wife and I think the world of Dr. Lopez and his staff. He is thoughtful, caring and LISTENS to his patients. He has been our Doctor since moving to Arizona in 2015. We drive 50 miles to see him so that goes to show how much we think of him and appreciate him and consider him a friend.
