Helps with my weepiness
I have been seeing Dr Navarro for about six years. I have major depression. Most primary care doctors would either brush it off or blame every ailment I have on mental illness. He is so different from anyone else I have seen. He used to do Ketamine infusions which worked great but he doesn’t do that now. If I am weepy and depressed it’s kinda like “let’s try to fix this” instead of “well that’s not my department”. For certain issues he will refer to psychiatry but he will do whatever he can first. My Dr Navvaro - my first class doc!

I recommend Dr Navarra. Staff terrible
I can recommend Dr Navarra. He listens to his patients, has compassion and clearly cares. His staff can be rude, and are inefficient. Every interaction with staff leaves me feeling like I am asking a lot and they are doing me a favor. My mother is a retired RN and I treat all staff in a clinical setting with respect. I know several patients who struggle to get a refill if the pharmacy is CVS. The staff ignore CVS refills. If you are a patient, just know that you have to personally call the office to refill. Do not rely on auto fill systems from large retail pharmacy.

Not very great I've been going here for 15 years and I am fed up he's a fairly good doctor but he's not very personable as has the personality of a rock. And his staff always changing so you have to be very repetitive to get things done and even at that you still have to call back all the time to make sure the task is getting done if you don't it doesn't get done too many experiences to mention prescriptions Doctor appointments you name the list goes on very disorganized they have a good doctors in the past practitioners in the past and they get rid of the good ones and then they get new ones in and they're lousy just like him very and personable too bad I'm searching for a new primary doctor now I am just fed up with his whole office you check in for a prescription at Walgreens they did not receive it call the doctors office they said they faxed it over call Walgreens they did not receive it yet call the doctor they resend it again you get my point stick a fork in me I'm done

This doctor said my wife, without examining her, said she had classic gall bladder symptoms and was going to operate on her. If it weren’t for the person who read the mri in radiology telling my wife there was no way she had a gall bladder problem she would have been operated on for nothing just before Christmas. This guy sits there and never even looks at you, only types like a courtroom stenographer then throws out a snap judgement like the one I just mentioned and sends you on your way. He is also rude, I would avoid this practice like the plague, the people who work there are incredibly rude and don’t give a damn about their patients. Navarro himself is only interested in his big bucks weight loss program pet product. Find another place, it’s toxic. One other thing, there is no continuity, it’s like Groundhog Day every time you talk to someone.

Dr. Navarra is an outstanding physician in every way. Highly knowledgeable, personable, and caring, he always takes sufficient time to listen carefully to your medical issues, concerns, and questions, discusses them in depth with you, and then prescribes appropriate tests, medications, or lifestyle changes to treat your conditions. He then follows your progress closely, managing treatment as necessary. It would be very difficult, if not impossible, to find a more professional, effective physician. Dr. Navarra’s office staff is outstanding as well. Every question, concern, or request is handled effectively and efficiently. I am very grateful to Dr. Navarra for treating and mentoring me to be a much healthier person. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Dr Navarra has been my primary care physician for over 15 years. He has been a caring guide in my health decisions. No matter how busy his office appears to be, I have never once felt rushed when I have been explaining my concerns. That is uncommon in this current medical environment. I am 70 years old and with his thoughtful care, I am remarkably well and active. I do have some chronic problems, but he manages them with great skill. If you or your loved one needs a primary care doctor, I heartily endorse Dr Navarra.

Dr. Navarra has been my Primary Care Physician for over 13 years. During that time, he has exceeded every personal expectation and standard. Dr. Navarra is a very caring and professional physician. He takes considerably more time and concern for my better health, both physical and mental, than any healthcare professional I have known to date.

This is the worst doctor ever. He almost killed me last year when I had pneumonia twice. This year I thought I had it again and he wouldn’t see me til the next day. I have multiple health problems including a compromised lung (from his lack of prompt treatment) and an immune deficiency, which puts me at extreme risk if I get pneumonia again. He couldn’t have cared less. He made me wait til the next day.

Dr. Navarra and his staff are all I could have hoped for in a medical practitioner. As my primary care physician he has always provided the absolute best care, and I believe, best advice and treatment during every visit and for every issue. If you are looking for a doctor whose medical knowledge is encyclopedic, treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaing a very efficient office, Dr Navarra is someone you should consider visiting. Dr. Navarra has been my doctor for 6 yrs, and literally saved my life when I had severe pneumonia. I was admitted to the hospital on a Sunday and 1st thing Monday morning, he came looking for me in the bowels of the hospital where I was having a CATscan. Now that is a CARING doctor. He made sure I got the best treatment...and always has. I've found him to be super smart, likeable, very attentive, a good listener, truly dedicated and excellent at solving medical problems. I highly recommend him.

In the world we live in today, the number of patients are overwhelming for the number of Doctors we have to take of us. And with the restrictions and time limits that the Insurance companies put on our Physicians its amazing that we have any Doctors. If you are fortunate enough to have Doctor Navarra you have made an outstanding choice. Dr. Navarra has always been right on target when making the Diagnosis from symptoms. I would highly recommend him.
