Horrible dr. Rude and incompetent. I took a chance after reading all the horrible reviews and I regret it. After many surgery's in my lifetime I've never experienced such incompetence. In my opinion I'd seek a different dr. if you need surgery. I had to give a star to give review, if giving no star was option then I'd of not given him one.

I had a nasty fracture that occurred a week before I saw him. He did a great job explaining the xrays and giving me options. Surgery was scheduled and done very well. I regained total use of the fractured area. Downsides - sometimes a long time in the waiting room; PA could be a bit more congenial. Overall, I would return to his care.

I was referred to Dr. Taggart a little over two years ago for foot/ankle pain. He was able to assess and explain the cause of the pain right off. He answered my questions and was able to prescribe custom orthotics. He put me at ease immediately with his friendly approach. After two years as expected, my pain had gained some momentum within the prior few months. I immediately made an appt with Dr. Taggart. He recommended an MRI. Once the MRI took place, I met with him for a follow up. He not only showed me the MRI results, but explained it to me. He took the time to answer all of my questions. The surgery he recommended was going to be quite painful and would require some recovery. My surgery went well. For the first six weeks, when I came in I would see his PA Lauren who would do my cast changes and check my incision. I just saw Dr. Taggart this past week for my xrays and to move into a boot. Again, he showed me the xrays and explained everything. He and his staff are wonderful!!

I left a review a couple weeks ago and it has not been placed under your reviews? Was it not a good enough review? It was in reference to my visit for a complete rupture of my left hamstring! But according to Dr. Taggart my sole reason for my visit to him was to obtain narcotics! Pretty pathetic diagnosis. And that was all without even looking at my leg. Scary to think this narcotic epidemic has resorted to professionals assuming a person in such pain is just there for narcotics!

Dr Taggart and his staff were amazing in reconstructing my foot. It was a major procedure and he spent time answering my questions both before and after surgery. He didn't rush me back to work and acknowledged the challenges of my recovery. He was supportive, open, and despite needing to do a lot of work on my foot, I feel I am on the road to having a fully functional foot. His expertise of the situation with my foot eased my worries and fears and I would highly recommend him

I don't understand all the Dr. Taggart hate I've seen online. I almost have to wonder if they have the wrong guy. My husband and daughter both ended up seriously injured within a day of each other and had to go to Dr. Taggart for care. He had a wonderful disposition, was talkative, funny, smiled a lot, but the best part, he took a great deal of time going over their concerns, talking to them about the details of their injuries and how to proceed. He did my husband's surgery and so far, my husban

SURPRISED AT THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS, JUST WENT TO DR TAGGART FOR INJURIES I SUSTAINED IN A CAR ACCIDENT. HE LISTENED TO HOW I WAS FEELING AND HAD ME SET UP RIGHT AWAY FOR A CAT SCAN. HE HAD A GREAT DISPOSITION AND I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS.

Agree with some of the other comments. He failed to listen to me, gave only one option and did not describe complications. I have since seen another provider who gave several options for my (minor) condition and took X-rays. Dr. Taggart's only solution was to have a joint fusion performed on a toe that he had not x-rayed, for a cyst that is not causing pain.
