I started seeing Dr, Robke as my primary care in 2008. He and his staff had always been WONDERFUL.When his NP Hillary left, the practice went off a cliff. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. If you need an appointment, you have to stop in and make it in person because your voice mails and emails to the practice will all go unanswered.I'm convinced that they do not even listen to the voice mails on their refill line. My mother ended up going nearly two weeks without her blood pressure medication. She had 1st called in for a refill when she had well over a week's worth of medication left.I'm truly confounded by how any medical professional thinks that this is an acceptable way to run their practice?

I was a patient for over 10 years. After Hilary left the practice I watched the quality of care sharply decline. I regret to say that my experiences with Dr. Robke have been extremely disappointing. From my interactions, it is clear that he is indifferent and uninterested in the needs of his patients. During consultations, he appears disengaged, rarely making eye contact. His responses are often brief and lack the detail or empathy one would expect from a healthcare professional.The issues extend beyond Dr. Robke himself to his office staff. They do not prioritize patient care, which is evident in their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Getting someone on the phone is almost impossible; calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemails are seldom returned. When I do manage to speak with someone, the staff are often curt and unhelpful, giving the impression that patient inquiries are an inconvenience.
