Dr. Gregory Cannarsa, MD

I found Dr. Cannarsa to be very knowledgeable and patient. I never felt rushed during my appointments. Since undergoing my L4 kyphoplasty, I am feeling significantly better, although I am still in the process of recovery. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Cannarsa to others.

Dr. Cannarsa is very personable. All the questions we had he explained well and was very thorough. I had an overall great experience. After having my left chronic subdural hematoma surgery, I feel good. I've been able to move around and do things I couldn't before.

Dr. Cannarsa has been amazing. He is soft spoken and thorough with his words. Everything with my craniotomy surgery went well and I am very pleased. I came out of surgery with no pain and it was unbelievable.

I came in very scared and Dr. Cannarsa was very calm which helped me wrap my head around my circumstances. He did excellent work with my craniectomy for tumor resection surgery. He has been very polite. In my follow ups he has answered all my questions thoroughly. I can’t recommend him enough.

My experience with Dr. Cannarsa has been amazing. Not only with him but with his staff as well. Everyone is so helpful and have helped so much with coordinating my surgery. My surgery was a success. I liked how Dr. Cannarsa explained everything to me and my wife. Dr. Cannarsa was very thorough at explaining everything that was involved with my surgery. He brought up my images on the screen and took his time explaining them to me and my wife.

My husband was rushed to the Physicians Regional Hospital because of swelling on the brain due to 'a mass.' Although my husband previously had both rectal and lung cancer, this news was a shock to us. Dr. Cannarsa came into the ICU and introduced himself. Since we didn't know Dr. Cannarsa from a hole in the wall, we did immediate research into his background. We were very pleased with what our research revealed. His demeanor was calm and professional, even when we inquired about possibly transferring to another hospital. We decided that Dr. Cannarsa would be our surgeon. He was young, very knowledgeable and up to date with all current medical procedures. Two days later, Dr. Cannarsa removed a cancerous mass from my husbands brain. He closely monitored my husband both in the hospital and when he was away from the hospital from his own home. The skill and care this Doctor has is outstanding! We cannot say enough good things about him!

Dr. Cannarsa approached me with a simplistic surgical approach and I thought it was going to be too simplistic. But I went forward with his opinion and couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome.

From making the appointment to talking to everyone here at Apex I could tell everyone was very thorough. All the steps leading to my Kyphoplasty and even afterwards have been very thorough and great. I felt at ease since I first met him. He is easy to talk to. The experience at the hospital was not as bad I had anticipated. I am still recovering but I have no pain. The staff has been good, Gabriella has helped me plenty of times. I have no complaints of any kind.

From the time I started visiting Dr. Cannarsa he was very knowledgeable about the issue I was dealing with. I had two compression fractures. The kyphoplasty I underwent went very well. I would recommend him for any one that is dealing with any back pain or compression fractures . I never had any discomfort during or after my procedure.

Dr. Cannarsa is very informative and takes the time to listen to me. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The whole staff is very good as well.
