At 33 years old I started having brutal sciatica pain running from my hip all the way down to my heel on my right side. I figured it would go away over time. After a year of pain that gradually got worse, I wasn’t able to do the things I enjoyed anymore and became depressed. A family friend told me about Dr. K. At a Friday appointment he asked me if I wanted him to fix my back I said yes. He said how about next Thursday, the surgery would take an hour, you’ll be up walking the same day and you’ll wake up pain free. I cried hysterically at the thought of the pain being gone completely. Sure enough, I woke up from the surgery with some minor discomfort at the surgical sight but that crippling sciatica pain I lived with was GONE! I’m 3 weeks post op and I feel amazing not only physically but emotionally. When I think of the success of this surgery and thoroughness of Dr. K, the only thing that comes to mind is “life changing”. Thank you Dr. K and team I’m so thankful to have my life back!

I’m so grateful that Dr. Katsevman was able to see me within one hour of my distress call. He quickly diagnosed my problem ,prescribed the proper medication and recommended physical therapy . I would highly recommend him.

I had significant pain from my lower back to my feet. Was unsteady in my walk. Dr K noted issues in my neck and lower back fixed neck and then lower back. Pain 95% gone and balance problems significantly reduce.

Dr. K, as I will refer to him, was FABULOUS. I had so much pain in my back and down my legs, that I couldn't walk I tried all other cures prior, and none worked. Dr. K pointed out on the MRI how the nerve was impacted and the only way was to free the nerve.He had learned a method to operate without making a large cut to the back. The cut was the size of a quarter. He then was able, through his training to free the nerve on L3, L4, and L5. When I awoke in the post op room, , I could not believe that the pain was GONE. Dr. K had given me pain meds, but I didn't need any of them. I waited each day for the pain to start, and it Never did. I am now over two weeks post surgery, walking immediately after surgery, driving and following his post op instructions.I feel great and can't wait for the healing process to complete, to start to play golf and exercise again.Dr.K alleviated all my concerns and I trusted him totally.He is an AMAZING DOCTOR .THANK YOU DR. Doctor Gennadiy Katsevman Neurosurgeon did an Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion in 2024 and Laminectomy in 2025. Doctor Katsevman made me feel comfortable and at ease by explaining the diagnosis and what to expect. Also a time frame was laid out as to what I could do and not do after surgery. I was told things would improve and ther did as he predicted. I highly recommend Doctor Gennadiy Katsevman, Fantastic Neurosurgeon!

I just had my follow-up appointment with Dr. Katsevman after surgery 3 weeks ago for chronic sacroiliac pain for over 2 years. I believe this procedure was a great success and all my fears generated by misleading YouTube and Dr. Google videos we’re quite unfounded after all. After nearly 3 years of pain in my lower right back and the accompanying medications, therapy, shots, heating pads etc., I was desperate to do whatever it took to relieve my pain and get my life back. Dr. K did the procedure so well that I can see a new future now, without pain and missing out of the joys of life. I was in the OR for less that 2 hours, overnight in the hospital, great follow up care from a visiting nurse at home, and I’m doing so much better than expected. The scar is small and I’m walking the block already. Thank you Dr. K and your incredible team!!

I have had Neck and Shoulder issues and pain for sometime and I started the process of visiting a Neuro Surgeon in upstate NY approx 1.5 years ago 2023. I came back to Florida researched 'best neck Doctor' and Dr Katsevman from NASA was on the top of the list. Dr Katsevman preformed 'PRODISC' surgery on C5-6,C6-7 0n 06Feb25 and I no longer have the pain in shoulder, neck or numbness. I can not say enough about Doc Katesevman, the ladies that ck you in for appointments at the front desk at Physicians Regional 6101 Pine Ridge NASA, the nurses and staff in the operating room at the Hosp. Everyone was just great and the PRODISIC was the best thing I could have done, Thanks to Doc Katsevman. I would be be willing to talk to anyone on my experience from start to finish. Im feeling great and the surgery was on 06Feb25 @ 1130hrs and today is 24Feb25. It was amazing, I cant say enough about how it went and the great staff. Thanks Doc K.

Dr. Katsevman is amazing on diagnostic work up and explanation of treatment options for my neck and back. He has an incredible bedside manner and works with the patient to arrive at the optimal approach.

Dr. Katsevman treated me for severe pain in my back and leg. He was fantastic. He treats patients with kindness and respect. He listens which is very important. I am doing very well and am so grateful to Dr. Katsevman.

Dr Katsevman and his PA Aninya were outstanding. Not only were visits on time but They listened - explained treatment options and provided all info in a folder to review at home. Every step was explained clearly and Dr Katsevman and his PA were very patient, answering all questions. Would recommend Dr Katsevman without hesitation.

Dr. Katzevman and his PA Ananya successfully treated back pain that I've add for 10 years. Injections and ablations did nothing, but I had immediate relief after surgery. It was minimally invasive and very limited recovery time. Thank you!! They both are professional, caring, and provide excellent treatment. Dr. Katsevman and his team made my surgery a total success. From the beginning, they were very straightforward and answered all my questions. I trusted them to perform anterior and posterior surgeries. Immediately following surgeries the pain from sciatica was gone. My wife has suffered spinal stenosis for over 15 years. Constant back and leg pain, have seen many different doctors with little or no relief. She had many epidurals which worked for a short period until they stopped working. Acetaminophen with hydrocodone helped somewhat. her pain doctor recommended Dr Katsevman a surgeon. We were hesitant about surgery because my wife is 85 years old. Dr. K explained the whole procedure and we felt his confidence in helping the situation. The surgery was 5 weeks ago and the pain my wife suffered all those years is gone. My wife is regaining the stength in her legs and walks without pain. No longer taking the HYDROCODONE. Don't fear at an advanced age to go through the procedure with Dr K.

What to me was the most pain I have ever experienced, I needed a new solution. Dr. Katsevman offered that new solution that was so simple they way he explained it, and it was! I was out of pain immediately after the anesthetic wore off. I remain in no pain and was able to begin complete recovery with very minor restrictions. Now, after 6 weeks, those minor restrictions are over and my life is back to normal WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN! Why any professional would advise avoiding surgery until no other options work is way beyond the reality of the highly recommended surgical procedures recommended by Dr. Katsevman that I have experienced.
