Dr. Gillian Generoso, MD

she is the best and was very caring. she knows her stuff. i will go back to her now that i can find her again.

She did not know what my medications were, as in she had never heard of them. Two of my prescriptions she failed to call in because she wasn’t familiar with them. She then went on vacation for two weeks as I sat without my medication. Every day, her office told me that it was being dealt with. I was forced to go to urgent care to get a refill. I did not feel safe or secure with her or her office. This is my opinion from my personal experience.

I really like Dr. Generoso. I feel she genuinely cares about my health. When I learned my sugars were very high (in the 400s), she really went the distance to help me get them under control. My sugars now range from 70-120 most of the time.

Dr Gillian spent the time to listen to our concerns, very responsive and knowledgable, willing to teach and receptive to suggestions regarding own health being. A++ all throughout the visit. Her staff at the office too! Responsive with calls, and better turn around answering or returning calls about your concern. Would not hesitate recommending her!

She genuinely cares, remembers topics talked about previously, Office staff also very friendly, They never overbook, never had a long wait,, been going their for 2 years, Best find ever, I hope she never goes anywhere

Dr Generoso was my husband and my doctor. She took very good care of both of us. I have a medical background and my observations gave me high trust. Her decisions and knowledge excellent. I was also really impressed with the referral MD's she made for my husband when necessary. They were not only competent but young and likable. We miss her already!

An excellent and enlightening experience. Dr. Generoso is personable and welcoming. She is completely knowledgeable of the latest medical procedures; I would strongly recommend her.

Went in for a check up and to discuss some medical issues. It seemed she was irritated I was coming in mainly for a checkup and not a pressing issue, although I would think proactive and preventative care would be encouraged. Found her very unhelpful. Wanted help dealing with a hormonal issue which has associated complex issues. Doctor has cold demeanor and did not offer helpful insights. Felt dismissed. She asked me barely any questions about my symptoms, past, etc. A coworker also has her as a doctor and found her equally unhelpful. Have reached out about prescriptions and advice and was told to simply communicate with my ob gyn since it is a reproductive issue. My diagnosis is a whole body hormonal issue so I didn’t appreciate the lack of willingness to discuss care.

Great experience with Dr. G and her staff. A real pleasure dealing with them all. The staff is simply outstanding!

I am very happy to have found Dr. Generoso. The MY HEALTH site on line is very helpful and staff are quick to respond. She is very thorough and professional and covered everything. I would definitely recommend her.

30 minutes late for first appointment; didn't apologize. Stiff and not super engaging. Incorrect information was written in "Mychart". I was a bit shocked. Contacted office and have yet to hear back.

I thought she was helpful at first instead she wants to prescribe meds and provide services which are not covered by insurance so she can make more money by bypassing insurance....

I had a new patient appointment with Dr. Generoso today and was reassured by the time I was given to explain my past and current medical conditions. Dr. Generoso spent 45 minutes listening, checking my prior medical history and medications, gave me a ‘hands-on’ exam, then ordered follow-up tests. Both the receptionist and medical assistant were pleasant and efficient, with only a five minute wait before entering the exam room.

Dr Generoso listens to you. That is very important for the patient.

I was very impressed with Dr. Generoso. She took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She will be a great practitioner to see regulatory as I become a senior citizen.

Dr. Generoso seems fine so far, but the office/confidentiality is poor. I called BEFORE my first new patient appointment to make sure they had my correct info on file. They updated my phone number and address. Now, two weeks AFTER my appointment, confidential mail has been sent to an incorrect address, from the office's third-party lab. After tracking down my mail, I called again and they couldn't tell me where else might also have my confidential info with the wrong address they gave them.

I would not recommend Dr. Generoso. She has not called back on abnormal labs for 3 weeks. I obtained the labs from the CCHC patient portal.

Dr. Generoso does not demonstrate experience, follow through or knowledge of chronic conditions. I do not recommend her. An unfortunate waste of several months time... find another doctor if your condition requires immediate attention.
