Treats Patients Like Garbage
I have never had such a horrible experience from a doctor or any other medical professional in my life. I saw Doctor Alvarez on March 2,2022. Two days later on March 4 due to the efforts of Doctor Alvarez's office a prescription I made for Tremfya with a different office was canceled forcing me to rely on Doctor Alvarez's office for another prescription cuz without it psoriasis thickly covers about 90 percent of my body. When i contacted the office about this they lied to me and denied their actions. Stupidly I believed them and today I decided to make another appointment with Doctor Alvarez to renew my Tremfya prescription. The office put me on hold 6 times each time making up an excuse not to give me an appointment. They then called me back hours later having the audacity to tell me that they no longer were going to see me as a patient. Instead of telling me this immediately they delayed it and now it is too late for me to make an appointment with a different office.

Dr. Alvarez is a wonderful doctor. My 15 year old son had terrible acne and with Dr. Alvarez's treaments, his face is clear. The doctor is a good listener, he understands how to talk to teens and adults, his office staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and I never waited more than a few minutes for my appointments to begin. The office is bright and clean. Overall,, I totally recommend his services.

Just had my first visit with Dr Alvarez. Such a nice man. Went for a skin check and he was very thorough. Took his time and answered all questions. My husband was very happy with him as well. I definitely recommend this doctor.

Dr. Alvarez is wonderful! Truly the best dermatologist! He really takes the time to listen and answer all of my questions. He put me on a treatment plan that has my skin condition under control for the first time in years. Highly recommend!
