Dr. Vine is so kind and very professional. I've been seeing her for years and highly recommend her. She's nonjudgmental and very helpful. The waiting times are mixed.

I saw Dr. Vine at the Rockaway location . The office was clean and had parking. Her office staff was pleasant and professional and the wait time was minimal. Dr. Vine asked questions allowed us to ask questions and her answers where easy to understand.

Office wait times are horrible (routinely 45+ minutes) and front desk is not helpful in alerting patients, even when one calls in advance. Most importantly, Dr. Vine inaccurately records medical information and billing to insurance. She has overbilled my insurance company multiple times and registered false diagnoses that are now in my medical history. And she won't return calls to correct it. I would absolutely stay away from this office.
