Worst Gastro Ever
I was experiencing gastro side effects due to a cancer treatment I was on. It took 7 weeks to obtain an appointment. Prior to the appointment I was sent a lot of paperwork to fill out online. When I DID see the doctor, she asked me why didn’t you see Dr. X since he did my colonoscopy? Dr. X was not on my current insurance. And then she queried, why didn’t Stanford refer me to a doctor? I was told she could not help me and she LITERALLY showed me the door. WHY did I fill out ALL that paperwork? It should have been reviewed. I should have been contacted and told NOT to come in. I should have asked for a refund for my co-pay. I received NO medical assistance whatsoever. This appeared to be a fast buck for this doctor. I question her ethics as well as her competence as a doctor.
