I'm really glad that I found Dr singerman, he's very professional he performed an endoscopy and a colonoscopy onme. Everybody made me feel so comfortable and assured me that it will be okay and it was.

I had my colonoscopy performed by Dr. Singerman at Bay Area Endoscopy Center in Castro Valley. The procedure went smoothly, the facility was clean, the staff including front desk and nurses were very friendly and attentive. This is my second endoscopy and my experience from today’s visit was much better than my first one with another gastroenterologist and facility.

Professional, quick, hassle-free, safety and accuracy focus.Doctor took care of a procedure I've been reluctant to have but it was over before I knew it. I woke up from what felt like a nap. Nurses and staff were very caring.

The service is very fast and professional. All of the staff was great, welcoming and caring. The entire facility was clean and you were in and out allowing you to continue the rest of your day to rest.

Dr. Singerman was transparent, respectful and professional. His staff members were courteous, professional and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to any of my family members or friends!

Excellent staff

For getting a colonoscopy, this was a great experience, especially on the day of the procedure. From the check-in to the nurse who did the prep to the technician that did the anesthesia to Dr. Singerman; The entire appointment went to super soon. I highly recommend this center if you want to get a colonoscopy

Everything was throughly explained, all of my questions were answered and I felt at ease and comfortable going in for the procedure.

Dr Singerman's team made sure to call me before my colonoscopy to make sure that I was clear on my prep instructions. On the day of, the staff at the location was great, friendly, and made sure that I was comfortable before my procedure. Everything went more quickly than I expected, and they provided me with all the info I needed as followup care. They even made sure to ask if I needed any water (more than once), since I was worried about being super thirsty afterwards. Thank you for making my first colonoscopy an easy experience.

Fast and efficient

I was happy with everything except small parking space.

The cleanliness was impressive but the Dr. S was great! I would recommend him to everyone. The nurses (and Larry) were friendly and very professional as well.

He explains everything and shows genuine care for his patients and listens to my questions and or concerns. Office is clean with professional and cordial staff.
