Eye contact!
Dr. Nimmagadda is really great. In my first appointment with her, she was thoughtful. She makes eye contact and I felt like she was able to make connections. The front desk staff, however were abrupt and judgmental. Although I felt welcomed and considered with the doctor, I did not feel that upon entering and exiting. It’s telling and it shows. One front desk woman (an Asian lady) made crazy comments the whole time about irrelevant things.

Dr. Nimmagadda was very nice. Smart and very thorough. After talking to me she had pulled up all my records. 3 different Doctors and a hospital, it took her maybe a minute. Smart, thorough and communicated everything to me. Highly recommend

Very good experience so far
Both Dr Nimmigadda and the infusion team have been very nice and helpful. They all explain everything before proceeding. I’m asked if I have any questions and if I’m comfortable. On the phone, Dr Nimmigadda rushes you, but in the office she takes her time.

Dr. Nimmagadda is superb, in all aspects, from diagnosis, treatment, to patient care. I can't imagine a better doctor. Her nurse practitioner, Ronke Oluseye, is also wonderful. I couldn't be happier with this practice and highly recommend it.

I understand the need for virtual appts during a pandemic. Dr. Nimmagadda did a consultation by phone (no video) for my first appt. She informed me that I needed an iron infusion. I learned from the nurses at the infusion facility that Dr. Nimmagadda ordered 5 infusions (1/wk for 5 weeks). News to me, but I went along with it. After having the infusions, the office staff scheduled a follow-up appt with the Dr. and with bloodwork 30 minutes prior to the Dr's appt. A nurse practitioner informs me that the Dr is on vacation, and it'll take at least a day to get my bloodwork results. I had a Dr's appt that did not include the Dr. nor a review of my lab results. I wasted another 2 hours to have my vitals taken. It's frustrating to not know why the doctor ordered this treatment and then to waste my time with a follow-up appt that doesn't include the Dr. and no new info. I'm done with this practice and looking for a new hematologist due to a lack of communication & indifference to patients.

My journey so far...My 90 year old mother has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer. It was unexpected and it took me and my family by complete surprise. My mom is generally in great health, eats healthy, does meditation and takes good care of herself. We wanted answers and we were looking for support. Thankfully, we found the answers, support and care from Dr. Nimmagadda. I was so impressed with the high standard of care and her professionalism. She was able to explain the situation with great clarity to my mother. She had a caring demeanor and patience to guide us through the difficult choices regarding the different treatment options for my mother's breast cancer. Her knowledge and compassion exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Gayatri Nimmagadda is one of those rare doctors - wonderful and kind bedside manner, spiritual, great sense of humor, and highly skilled. In addition, her office staff is amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Nimmagadda and her staff!
