Shoulder injury
Waited 40 minutes to be taken back. Waited another 10 minutes to see Dr. Go. He spent all of 2 to 3 minutes with me and rush me out to door. While waiting to check out, he ran by me to go to lunch. He stopped and told me that I could just call to schedule my MRI if I was in a hurry. I wasn’t the one in a hurry. I had waited and wanted a doctor to care for me and answer my questions after waiting a week since a fall. Very disappointed and I hope others patients receive better care than I did. Adjustments should be made to his schedule if he cannot accommodate care for his patients during the 11:00 timeframe.
