Extremely Hard to see this doctor
Telehealth
My boyfriend is trying to make an appointment with this provider for almost a week, given all requested information by email and text, and finally he got an email with his appointment, without any details or clear instruction saying this is going to be a telephone visit. We arrived at the doctor's office, and the office staff asked again for same information that we provided already, and then telling us that this is a telephone visit instead of an in-person visit. When we tried to tell the office staff that email is misleading, their attitude is very bad and keep arguing in the text message. We will not recommend this doctor to anyone due to their staffs and administration are horrible.

Horrendous staff
Very very rude staff, confrontational via text. So unprofessional. Dr Feinberg your staff is ruining your reputation sir. Fix it quick!

You can never reach them they don't answer their phone and they never call you back if you ever get ahold of him terrible doctor since when can't you reach a Doctor by phone or the office he is no help to anybody

I had 1 in person visit and then was scheduled for surgery. I am not 2 months post surgery and still have had a post op evaluation. Yet he is still seeing new patients. They are supposedly not setup to complete disability paperwork online with the state and then they charge $35 to fill out the paperwork and mail it in. The staff is extremely rude! The other doctor in the practice left and took most of the staff with him, therefore leaving them understaffed. Dr. Feinburg is well aware of all of the issues yet has not done a single thing to correct the patient care and experience.

Wonderful dr but horrible staff. Staff dnt have very good communication . They called Me right when I was checking in to the building to tell me that it’s canceled due to Covid-19 because two people in the building tested positive. So her I am calling to make another appointment for her mind you she is a new patient. The staff member was talking over me not letting me talk I asked her to let me talk and not talk over me she straight out told me call her main dr and get her a new emt i told her no I wanted dr Feinburg to see my daughter because he has seen my other child in the past well she didn’t care .I told her she was rude well she didn’t have it because I told her makes sense why I just recently had someone call me and ask me questions about there office because there has been complaining . I hope the drs take this in consideration and change there staff because they can lose patients.

I have a PPO, don't even bother calling to make an appointment, they will not even make one unless you have a referring physician faxing them your condition. The front desk said "YES", I can make an appointment with my PPO status but not with them. Very frustrating would not even work with me at all, her way or no way, so I hung up. Calling my insurance provider right now to complain. I waited forever for somebody to pick up the phone as well. Bad customer care!

I find it pathetic and petty that people are leaving negative ratings for THE DOCTOR even though it's the staff they are mad at. We had an exceptional experience with THE DOCTOR.

His front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They do not answer questions in a courteous manner. When calling this office the receptionist will put you on hold and then forget about you. I've been put on hold for twenty minutes before somebody picked up and asked if i needed something. The fact that this doctor employs such incompetent staff makes me question his competence as a medical professional. I do not recommend this doctor .

Let's just say this they never put my referral in to remove a tumor and reconstruct my ear drum and it would never have been done if I didn't call and ask my insurance why it hadn't gone through. Rude people at front desk and does not care about you. Overall horriable experience.

Dr feinberg is great, his staff is extremely rude. don't tell a patient that a hearing test will take less than 30 minutes when you schedule it and then give me attitude when I'm now late for my next appointment and have yet to be called back. when I explain that they should've never told me it wouldn't take long when I scheduled and they say that they can't account for it until the day of when I show up to the appointment. We're extremely sarcastic and can't even get my Ct because of coding.
