For my very first ever appointment as a new patient, Dr. Rubino called in sick on an 85 degree Federal Holiday and provided 3.5 hours of notice. I waited nearly 8 weeks for this appointment. The scheduling system was down, so I couldn't be rescheduled with her or any other doctor. I understand this is all possible, but it is an incredibly frustrating and TERRIBLE first experience for a sick person.
