Cold, rude, cut me off when trying to explain my symptoms. I've had 3 colonoscopies in my life, 2 upper GIs, and 2 esophageal dilatations. NEVER have I been hurt during or had pain after the procedures. He entered the room and never spoke to me even though I said "Good Morning." He read my name aloud and what I asssume was my medical record number and left the room to speak to someone. When I awakened, my mouth was bloody and lips were swollen and cut inside and I had discomfort in my esophagus and colon that lasted a full week. I was handed an envelope of pictures with no explanation, no follow-up appointment and no feedback on over 15 blood tests. Pathic excuse for a doctor.

Saved my life! Seriously one of the best doctors I have ever had the chance of being a patient of! He takes his time and really explains what his game is and what would happen next if it doesn’t work as planned. Will not go anywhere else!

Got a colonostomy he didn't even bother to come and talk to me afterwards .The nurse gave me a paper with what I had . I left called the nurse in the office she acted as if I should have known what I should about what I have .Very poor excuse of a nurse and doctor . I would not recommend them at all .

My experience with Dr Orleans has been wonderful. He has a very good bedside manner. He answers all of the questions that I have. I can joke around with him and he doesn’t make me feel that I am being rushed out! I certainly would recommend him to family & friends and I have done so. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Dr Orleans!

He is not patient friendly...I felt like he was trying to hurry me along so he could see other patients. Used medical jargon, and when I didn't know what he was talking about, he was frustrated because he had to explain to me on a lower level.
