Charged twice, and ignored as a patient
I scheduled my regular check-up with Dr Frank Truong, had one appointment and I was charged twice. One of the charges was for the actual check-up appointment and another one had an abscure charge code for over $200 after insurance. I called the office to dispute the wrong claim, and was never contacted back. To add insult to the injury, Banner Health mishandled my blood test, and I never got the full results for what I tested for in the day of the appointment. As a result, I am left with a huge bill to pay, and have no idea if I need extra care or not. I plan never to go back to Dr. Frank Truong.

I have been going to Doctor Truong for years. As someone that has a multitude of health issues, he has been in actively trying to get me whatever assistance I need including physical therapy, referrals to bone and vascular specialists and an endocrinologist. I am thrilled to have found such great practice under the Banner umbrella which also gives me access to my records through their online portal. I couldn't be happier.

Dr. Truong truly cares for his patients. He is very professional and makes you feel comfortable during your appointments. He listens to your concerns and doesn't rush your visit. He has been my PCP close to 10 years and I couldn't be happier with him and his staff. I live in Peoria and will continue to make the drive to continue to have Dr. Truong my PCP. As a patient of his, I highly recommend him, the Banner Health clinic, and his respectful staff.

I have been with Dr Truong for 4 years and I got my parents with him now . He is a fantastic Dr who doesn’t treat you like a number he treats you like a person . He truly wants to help his paitients feel better .

He has been very helpful with my rare spinal disease and I just became his patient about 6 months ago when my disease reared it’s ugly head. I just had to have a major spinal shortening surgery and the entire ordeal has been very frustrating but Dr. Troung has been sympathetic and continues to help me whenever I need him. So very thankful for this man and his nurse is a sweetheart as well!

Dr Troung is one of the kindest doctors. He listens to concerns and makes me feel like he cares. He educates about diseases as well as treats. Does not over medicate.
