Ent associates always fits me in same day which is very unusual in this day of robotic medicine . I really appreciate that when I’m Feeling sick and don’t have to go to urgent care !

Dr. Shechtman takes the time to listen to my concerns and is very knowledgeable. He diagnoses my symptoms and arrives at a precise assessment. He takes the extra steps to make my recovery a speedy one. I find Dr. Shechtman to be very attentive to my concerns.

Dr. Shechrman has a calm demeanor that helps patients relax during their visit. He is very thorough in explaining any procedure he is going to perform and talks you through it to make you feel at ease. My 3 year old daughter loved her visit today for her ear infection and I was seen for my sinuses. I have also seen him for vertigo in the past. He was amazing with all of these things. His assistant Alicia is also very warm and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Shectman.

Although Dr. Shechtman is very nice and great, the office where he works has unethical practices and hence he lost me as a patient. Dr. Schechtman prescribed a hearing test that was performed the same day at his office by an audiologist. His billing department billed my insurance company for 2 office visits instead of billing the hearing test as a routine hearing test. Very unethical especially that they did not warn me about the double billing. I am not a happy patient right now.

It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment - which is honored promptly - barely a wait. Staff is friendly, but more importantly Dr. Shechtman is friendly, engaging and knew what my problem was and how to fix it. Fantastic doctor - I highly recommend him if you live in Westchester.
