The friendly, welcoming, informative environment stood out to me. Dr. Felts and his team took their time answering my questions and explaining the next steps in my weight loss journey. I feel very optimistic and excited about my future after my visit with Dr. Felts and his team.

I met Dr. Felts today. I find myself very comfortable with him and his staff. Their knowledge put me at ease and I love the emphasis on patient education.

Dr. Felts was very informative, thorough in the information he obtained from me as well as the explanations given ensuring he had a full scope of concerns to address as well as ensuring my comfort in the decision I am making.

I haven't heard from them after 7 months of my referral and my records were faxed. Too bad because he was highly recommended by my GI doctor. So I haven't been seen.

He is a doctor who REALLY CARES about his patient. He goes BEYOND what any other doctor does. He did surgery on my husband yesterday. Had nurse call me to let me know how things were going, because of this pandemic, I couldn't be at hospital. He cared about me. I am grateful for that. My husband is home today. Alive and well. Dr. Felts knows what he is doing. He explains EVERYTHING that will be done. And the things that could go wrong. He is a man of his word. If you want a Doctor you can trust. Talk to. Ask questions. Amazing place to start this new Journey. Staff is kind, very communicative, and supportive. The doctor was very nice in breaking down each procedure in a language that I can understand. I highly recommend anybody that wants to do the surgery to use this team.
