Dr. Villamil has now done 4 cervical surgeries for me. He has been absolutely amazing every time! His staff members are great, friendly & helpful. Dr. Villamil even gives his cell phone number to you in case you need to contact him directly or have any questions after surgery. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking for a great surgeon.

Dr Villamil did a complete robotic disc replacement on my back L4-L5 last year. He never told me that I would be 100% better or taller. He said that each surgery and individual is different but most of his patients reported back with significant pain reduction. I have suffered with pain for over 10 years so I was unbelievably happy when I was up and walking around the day after the surgery with only minor pain. 6 months after surgery I was at the gym doing light workouts and walking 2 miles a day pain free. Prior to the surgery I had trouble walking from the parking lot into Walmart. I could not be more pleased with the out come of my surgery and recommend him to anyone who tells me they have back pain. My only disappointment was the fact that he did not make me any taller.

Dr Villamil performed a cervical fusion on me without any complications at all and after only 2 weeks I am doing great. I would definitely recommend him for any surgery in the spine. He also has a wonderful bedside manner.

I just had back surgery and Dr. Villamil was excellent. He listens to your concerns and explains the procedure very well as well as answers your questions, I highly recommend him, my surgery took place at Core Surgical Center in Jenks and that is an excellent facility.

I have worked in the medical field for many years and when I had my first appointment with Dr. Villamil, he was thorough and kind, but didn't hold back on his findings. He let me know exactly what was wrong with me and why I couldn't turn my head like normal. He showed me the Xrays and took me step by step on how to fix this problem. Then, during a snow storm, he fixed my neck. I am not the normal case, I had other issues that followed, but this doctor quite literally saved my life, my sanity and my neck!

My husband had back surgery using this doctor and he promised us that my husband would be taller and 100% better. That was a lie. When he went in for his follow up that’s when the doctor told him it would take at least 18 months to be better. Before the surgery, to talk us into it, he showed us videos of people he claims he performed this surgery on and they were doing great right after surgery. Not only did he leave two of the worst scars I have ever seen. He lied to our face about what this surgery would do for my husband. Well he either lied or messed up during surgery, or both. All I know is that we are supposed to be able to trust the doctor we rely on and this one should not be trusted. If I could give zero stars I would.

Dr. Villamil addressed my neck problem the first office visit, explained my options and gave me time to think about it. Dr Villamil is a surgeon who loves what he does. In my life experience, those are the lucky individuals that excel. Although he is relatively young , he approached my chronic back pain with a conservative treatment plan. Dr Villamil is a proponent of minimally invasive surgery over standard fusions.
