Dr. Matanaj brushed me off in february 2016 telling me the surgery was too risky and my pain was inconsistent with my MRI and basically that you can't read and believe everything on paper. i was losing my ability to function with basic daily tasks and looking at a life of permanent disability dealing with severe unmanageble pain for over 3 years. in the last 5 mths, i had lost my ability to walk and within 1 week vernon general hospital had me in for emergency surgery and walking again.

  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
