Was in the exam room, had worn a dress that day, my husband was in the room with me. She did her exam, provided me with no drape, giving me no dignity. She was not very personable. Stated had a compressed nerve at L3-4 would need a epidural epidural steroid Injection. I agreed. The part of not providing dignity and raising my legs and exposing myself even though it’s my spouse is not acceptable. I saw her on 05/24/21. On 05/30/21 I had to send a message again asking if it had been precertified with insurance. This hasn’t been a very good experience. At the time of procedure I didn’t see her in the holding area, she didn’t explain the procedure to me and what to expect, question about allergy to iodine multiple times. Did not come to my face when I was on the procedure table and talked to me. Had excruciating pain that I was not expecting causing me to raise my head and cry out and all I could do is just cry. I don’t cry. I didn’t not see her in recovery. Never saw her face.
