Dr. Fadi Rahhal, MD

Patient of Dr Rahaal over 4 years. Initial visit was quite positive. He is a skilled doctor who supplies valuable analysis. The problem lies with communication. Doctor advises that tests be run. Twice I was to have tests; the first time, I believed the staff scheduled it since a patient would not know who to call. Bottom line: test was never done. Last month I was told that I needed another test. I went to the staff who set a 5/1 appointment. As I felt I needed the test sooner, I called the office & was told that the 5/1 appointment was a follow/up. Another nurse called and gave me the phone number of who to call. That location said the test I need requires diagnostic or nuclear testing, but could supply no one to contact. Meantime, what appears to be an ongoing failure to communicate between doctor, staff, & patient, has left a brusque, if not angry doctor, apparently because he believes I don’t follow orders when the trouble is on the medical end, not the patient’s.
