It was bad.
I saw these reviews four days before my colonoscopy and thought about rescheduling and finding another doctor, but who knows how long that would take and how bad could it be? My appointment was for 10am. I was told Dr. Carter was not even SCHEDULED TO COME IN until noon, and I was 8th on the list. It sounds like this is protocol. I cancelled the appointment and will be finding another doctor.

Dr needs to retire and girl that answers phone and checks in patients needs to quit. She is so rude and sarcastic you don't want to call them. If you have a health issue and want to suffer for a long time then this is your Dr. I was diagnosed 17 months ago and have sever symptoms and he does not even prescribe me anything. He just schedules endoscopy's 2 times a year because he says if my problem doesn't go away I will end up with cancer yet he refuses to treat problem. Calling malpractice atty.

I have GERD so bad I can't sleep, Dr tells me 6 months ago that cells are changing in esophagus that it can turn to cancer so he repeats endoscopy but does nothing to help me in the mean time. 1st time I went I was not properly sedated, I was wide awake for endoscopy and colonoscopy so I didn't want to go back. He told me sounds like I need surgery, he will put me to sleep, my appt. was at 10 and procedure done at 4. This is effecting my life tremendously but still wont treat it. Staff is RUDE!

Terrible customer service!! I had an appointment & still had to wait three hours while standing along with multiple other customers at the same time. Not enough seats for waiting & they over schedule too many patients at the same time . Save your time and money and go look for a different place!!!

Dr. Carter cares only about billing a patient's insurance. His office staff is impossible to work with; very rude and bad attitude. Please, please stay away from them.

He is consistently LATE for appointments (an hour or more). I was scheduled for a 10:00am colonoscopy and I finally had it completed at 3:00. He kept telling me that I would be put under, I was never given anything to help me relax much less put me under. He then complained because I wasn't relaxed.
