BAD DOCTOR
I was a new patient of Dr. Rieser and messaged her when Covid was pretty new. I found that I had come in contact with someone who had Covid and I immediately messaged Dr. Reiser to ask what I should do. She never messaged me back. That was her habit - not answering a phone call or a message through the messaging center. She was completely unavailable.

Very unfortunate experience. Called doctor's office four times to obtain asthma medicine over a one month period. Complete lack of action by administrative staff. Very poorly managed. Do not put your health at risk. Seek out another provider and medical practice.
