No Longer Bradley
Dr Bradley retired and left her practice in Oct 2021. The new docs don't answer their phones and have no message system for patients to contact them. They are closed when posted hours say open (was there 7/22/22 at 8:47A, supposed to be open at 8A, and doors are locked). They don't submit the necessary bloodwork to labs, leaving patients high and dry on their care. All in all, not responsive or caring of Bradley's patients. Definitely would NOT recommend!

Bradley closed her practice without notifying her patients. Totally unprofessional, but typical. Poor communicator…

In the three years Dr. Bradley has been my primary care doctor she has never been on time. She has never shown any concern for this fact. It is only gotten worse. I’ll be looking for a new doctor. I’ve read other reviews about her staff being rude and I believe the bottom line is her demeanor sets the tone. If you’re looking for a doctor to make you feel she’s doing you a favor by treating you...this is your woman. Average wait time is one hour.

This healthcare organization simply does not care. The dr isn’t bad but her staff is AWFUL! The front desk person plays favorites, if she likes you....she’ll try to help. If not, she flat does not care in the least. I would strongly recommend you avoid this medical group, you’re better off going to urgent care. I do not trust them with any portion of my well being, because they don’t care one bitabout me! NOT WHAT HEALTHCARE IS ABOUT!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley for 20 years. She is Amazing!!! I always get quality care and she takes the time to listen. When I lost my mom and brother four weeks apart she sat with me and spoke with me at length and gave me resources that I needed. Dr. Bradley is the best doctor I've ever had. Anna is amazing and runs an office that is very friendly and nice to walk into!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bradley for 13 years since I have lived I Arizona. I have referred her to several friends as well as my wife, all positive responses. Dr. Bradley detected that my PSA had increased slightly but wanted me to check further. I discovered I was in the early stages of prostate cancer. That's was 5 years ago, today I'm cancer free. I have had issues with some on her staff as well, very rude, but I believe she had fixed the problem.Only reason I did not rate her a 5

I am an RN and a long-time patient of Dr. Bradley and have ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with her and her staff (even before I was an RN!). She has also been available off-hours for emergencies (not "I have a runny nose" emergencies but "My temperature is now 103.9 and I've taken Tylenol; what do I do?" emergencies. When she discovered that my 13 year marriage had officially ended, she asked how I was doing and gave me a hug. Not even the doctors I know and work with did that!!

I had been a patient of Dr. Bradley for over 15 years, however my most recent experience with her and her employee, Anna, was so unsatisfactory that I will not be going back to her, nor will I be recommending any future clientele her way. I called six months ago (September 2015) to get an inhaler prescription temporarily renewed (my prescription had expired by three days) for my asthma. When I explained this to Anna, she refused to assist me, stating that they would not be able to refill my pr

Staff is rude when answering calls, rushed off the phone without questions being fully answered. Dr. Bradley seemed to want to refer to a specialist for everything which defeats the purpose of having a Family Practice MD.

Dr. Bradley is great! She actually doesn't make you wait huge amounts of time as other MD.'s in the area and is always friendly and takes time to really listen and to explain. She makes sure all your concerns are met and doesn't make one feel rushed. I believe that she is very competent and gives good medical treatment and advice.
