Dysfunctional and Unresponsive
I called the main # associated with Dr. McLaughlin on a Friday to set up my first primary care visit with him. and was told that everyone was out for 'holiday' but that my call would be returned on Monday. No one ever called. On Wednesday I followed up and they transferred me to an 'eating disorder' clinic dissociated with my request. I was then rerouted and spent over 10 minutes on hold - just to set up my first visit with the physician - and so I gave up. Needless to say, I chose another doctor. Moral of the story: if you're greeted with dysfunction and unprofessionalism, more is likely to follow.
