Dr. Mayberry is an outstanding Doctor. 25 years ago, in Utah, he treated me for depression and anxiety. He was devoted and determined and helped me have a better and happier life. I highly recommend him.

Great care. Very personable. Friendly staff.
It's been a while back now. My father retired in the Benson area. Before my dad died I came to Benson that's when I met Dr Mayberry. He and his staff were always so friendly and patient made me feel at home. Thanks for all you do. Sincerely little Al.

Disappointing treatment of elderly patient
He and his brother, Carter Mayberry, have been doctors to my family for many years. It is difficult to communicate with his office by phone and it takes weeks to get an appointment. This week my sister in law was given 4 vaccinations on the same day. She had a terrible reaction and has been bed ridden since the day she received the shots. One of the shots was for shingles, which is a difficult vaccination to tolerate and giving it in combination with a flu shot, a pneumonia shot and a Covid booster was not to her benefit. My sister in law is nearly 80 years old.

What, me worry?
I was anxious as a new resident of Benson are, to secure a local physician whom would be my regular doctor. After visiting Chihuahua. health at least a half a dozen times, and seeing Dr A Mayberry, I felt as though every time I was seen was like I was a new patient.Even though I had numerous tests, it was like pulling teeth to get results, and follow ups were non existent. I resorted to picking up my own CT scan results and reading what the radiologist said to get answers.. my last appointment, which I scheduled due to severe back pain, and which I had to schedule three weeks out, was cancelled two days before my appointment and I was told the earliest reschedule was 50 days out. DEFINITELY will not be going back. Patients are treated like cattle

Have not seen Dr Mayberry - can only see PA's or pay extra. No callback on x-ray follow ups, no tracking down lost x-rays without my harassing them. No attempt to figure out a puzzling physical problem, just "huh," and stare at me. ??! Won't go back.
