Trigger finger in my right ring finger
So I didn’t actually see Dr. Fu but I saw Meghan his PA for my Right Ring finger (trigger finger). She was very nice, explained everything and gave me a cortisone shot. She was very gentle and did a great job.

Dismissive
Do better. I am a thoughtful person about my health, especially my hands in which I use for my livelihood. I returned for a visit 6 months after my injury because my pain was supposed to be gone in one month according to his diagnosis. He didn’t seem to take the time to really investigate the issue, ready to inject a structure before a full examination.. Worst part of it was he said, “if you were a guy I’d basically call you a wimp” and something along the lines like “and tell you to get out of here.” I sincerely wanted to understand what is happening in my hand in order to treat it properly so it could improve. Left feeling belittled. Seems friendly enough but for whatever reason, didn’t seem that interested in identifying the issue I was having. Disappointing. Maybe he was having a tough day.

Hand Surgery
I had hand surgery in July, and I can't say enough about Sport Medicine North. They are professional, organized, and know their stuff. Dr. Eric Fu was phenomenal! 5 Weeks after surgery and 3 weeks of OT, (Emily was also awesome at Sports Medicine North Physicial Therapy too) I was back to work with no limitation. Dr. Fu informed me of all of the step and healing process. I couldn't be happier, I almost 100% after only 3 months. I waited to do my post so I could make a informative review. Thank you Dr. Fu, Emily and all the staff at Sports Medicine North for giving me my hand back with not pain. I would recommend them for all of your orthopedic needs.
