Negligent
Absolutely unethical physician that should not be practicing psychiatry. Has absolutely no empathy or compassion for patients and family. Denies patient history and repeatedly places children and families in unsafe situations because of her ego and refusal to do her job. I am so disgusted that Queen?s Medical Center would hire someone like Dr. Ross as their Medical Director. She will end up getting someone seriously injured or killed with her negligence

Ridiculous practice. Have to come in for an appointment after 3 months to refill your medication; the appointment lasts for less than 5 minutes but you're charged for a full visit. If your insurance requires a pre-authorization, you're screwed - there's no office staff and she's only in the office 1 day a week, so it can takes weeks to resolve. Look elsewhere.

Impossible to reach directly (you have to go through a third party who manages her schedule) and refuses to refill prescriptions over the phone for any reason. I have to wait weeks for an appointment that lasts less than five minutes just so I can continue taking a medication I've been on for over two years. During appointments she talks like she's filling out a form, asking only questions like "what symptoms of depression would you say you exhibit?". Absolutely would not recommend.

She has no knowledge of meds and emotional disabilities. She does not treat children with respect. She over medicated my son and refused to discuss meds for my child. She has no personality and should not be practicing. Please DO NOT go near this woman. I know of more than one case that she has put children in unsafe situations because of her lack of knowledge of meds and lack of empathy.

She left me with no medication because she was lax in getting preauthorization for my medication once I got a new insurance. I'll be reporting her to the licensing board. Unacceptable and unethical.
