Dr. Basheer Lotfi-Fard, MD

Avoid this doctor, unfortunately I had no choice. He was a traveling making his thousands in my community and then fleeing. He did not care about the treatment he was providing. His communication is absolutely horrible as he ignored direct messages from myself and my family. He was completely unempathatic to my wants/needs/care or requests by my family. This guy also had the nerve to question the intelligence of my loved ones. I hope this fella never comes back to my community.

For several years now Dr. Lotfi-Fard has been a huge support and consummate professional. He has assisted and ensuring balanced mental health To my family. I thank him for this

Overall I was not happy with my time spent with Dr. Lotfi. It seemed to me he was more interested in his check than he was with my well being. When asking for help, it always came with a price, his time was more important than anyone else's. I understand being compensated fairly for your work and time spent, but the first thing out of someone's mouth should not be their hourly rate. He had an overall arrogant attitude that made me feel like we weren't moving anywhere towards finding a solution to my problems. Nothing else mattered as long as he was able to collect his check.

This doctor showed zero interest in my issues and actually made my anxiety worse. His attitude was terrible and he made decisions that other medical professionals I have seen since were baffled by - he is someone who is doing the bare minimum to collect a paycheck. The administrative team at Harding is aware of his issues but they continue to employ which means OSU does not really care about the quality of their care at Harding.

We found Dr. Lotfi-Fard not really wanting to help my son. We expressed needing urgent help and he had scheduled a next appt for one month later. Then, I got another appt where he interviewed me for my son, and I felt that he asked me the most irrelevant questions to help my son. It was like I was starting a fire with 575.00 last week. OUCH. I am not happy with him and him not helping except to take our money. I will not be having my son go back to this Doctor.

If one is a doctor I expect that one to be attentive and qualified or at least adequate. This individual did not know how to do any of the traits I mentioned. I found him coarse, surly, and somewhat of a oppressor. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone, because of his atrocious bedside manners. That's all.
