Dr Plonka is very patient. explain in detail of my treatment. I like her as a friend.

Avoid!!!!!!!! Dr. Plonka does not listen…. is extremely rude and interrupted me when she asked for my symptoms!!!!!! I am a long time patient but no more. Please save yourself time and energy…, keep Looking for a good doctor!!!!! Only gave 1 star because you cannot leave it at zero stars.

I have been a patient of Dr Plonka for three years. In my recent annual physical, as with the others, she listens carefully, asks questions, and we discuss items as warranted. She discusses healthy life practices to help keep me healthy. She takes plenty of time, I don’t feel rushed. I am very confident in her knowledge and ability.

Just left my Appt in tears. Dr. Plonka was the worst. She came in for 15 minutes and starts off with "what can I help you with?" "Well I'm not too sure. My last blood work is indicative of a autoimmune condition; could we sort out what needs to be done?" "Im not diagnosing you with any autoimmune condition; you have a tiny rash. Too often women get mislabeled as having Lupus due to a false positive blood test" "Okay I understand but being that I have symptoms along with TWO positive test results... I would like to investigate further" "Why do you want a diagnosis? That won't change your symptoms. Im not diagnosing a healthy person with a autoimmune condition. You just have rash and need to gain weight" Conversation continued to go on for a little longer while im fighting to please right me a referral. Ends conversation "What do you do with your life?" UHHHH what is that relevant to anything???

I have tried for four days to, at least, get the office to call me. They don't even have the curtesy to call. I have left so many messages. I can't make an appoint because I have a cough, that makes so sense .... I don't feel well so I CANNOT see the doctor. I just want them to call me for a script.

STAY AWAY FROM DR PLONKA!! She is rude, will bully you into new prescriptions, won’t listen to you or your symptoms, etc. She belittles her patients & should be put out of practice with all these 1 star reviews that repeat the same thing!!! She is awful, will interrupt you & make sarcastic remarks throughout your appointment. She made me uncomfortable as a 21 year old girl. People like this shouldn’t exist in the “health field” she is embarrassing Diagnostic Clinic. I normally don’t post reviews but this one just blew me out of the water with her disrespect & unprofessional manner.

I shouldnt have to put a star if I would never recommnend. The nurse assistant was nice but Dr Plonka was rude, no bedside, asked questions that were in my chart and also told me that she did not have to read information nor did she do an exam that was part of my yearly exam which was the reason I came in...VERY RUDE!!! Would not recommend her to anyone!

The most horrible doctor we’ve ever encountered!!! Stay away from her! The most rudest and meanest doctor ever. She is so disrespectful to her patients. I only have bad things to say about her. I usually never leave reviews but this time I had to. She should get reported seriously she should not work as a doctor.

Dr. Plonka has been my primary doctor for many years now. I find her to be a compassionate caregiver. She has always provided me excellent care and understanding.

Never have I felt LESS supported by a doctor!!!!!!!

I sought a physician/patient relationship... a physician I could count on to be informed, current, and respectful. Dr. Plonka has been my physician since 1995. We are close to the same age. Through the years, I have recommended her to my dearest family and friends. She is professional, informed, and caring. I have been to many doctors in my life. I consider myself very fortunate to have her to consult throughout these 25 years!

Very poor experience. Dr Plonka is very bad mannered, rude and condescending doctor. When I told her about my symptoms she said that it was psychosomatic without tests or anything. She was uncaring and confrontational instead of caring. I left feeling hurt and angry that a doctor would be so dismissive. I would leave negative stars if possible!

During my initial visit, she asked me basic PRIOR testing and test results. I asked if this can be found in my records. Her exact words were "I don't have the time to look through your records".. I found her to be sarcastic the minute she sat down. When she received my blood work she prescribed meds for underactive thyroid which her nurse communicated with me. Lack of education by nurse and none by doctor- other than a septum was gaining weight. Very poor communication by this nursing staff and at times had to call twice before someone got back to me

She said I "have had complaints in every part of the body and everything has come back negative". The imaging I had done on my knee showed injury/wear and arthritis which she would not address. I also have mitral valve prolapse which she refused to address. I had a mass in my side in 2016 that showed on a ct scan, that I asked to be rechecked as per a family members cancer diagnosis. She told me I was having anxiety issues and didn't even look at my medical history. Worst doctor I've ever been to, by far. Completely void of empathy and uninterested in her work. Stay away.

Better than most.I never feel rushed.Diagnostic Clinic books them very tight.I never have felt rushed.She does have a honest approach to health care.Probably not for an overly sensitive person.She tells you what you need to hear not what you want to hear.

I needed extension of the prescription for medicines I have been taking for a long time. I paid upfront $90 and after two weeks I have been obtain bill for additional fees. together, I should pay 145 $ ..... Just for prescription ....and after “huge” discounts ! Doctor even though me ! Self pay patients pay attention , because if you think that you paid for the visit before the examination, it is only after two weeks that you will know how much your visit cost. Keep away this place!

Several months ago I had some nonspecific, relatively scary symptoms that turned out to be pericarditis as later confirmed by a cardiologist at Diagnostic Clinic. Anyway, it was a battle to get Plonka to order any further tests. She eventually did. But she basically told me my symptoms were in my head and that I may not like the results if I start looking for problems. She struck me as someone who is tired of her job, tired of her patients, and doesn't care about outcomes.

I went to Dr. Plotka as I was seeking a new family Physician. As we all know, going to any Dr. can be very stressful, and I was willing to give her a chance. I found her to be extremely sarcastic and nasty from the minute she sat down. It seemed that she felt she was better than me and was very demeaning! She gave me medical advice that didn't fit because she hadn't even reviewed my medical records! Her bedside manner was absolutely atrocious and I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Plonka has been my doctor for 10 years and she has been extremely detailed, supportive and caring. She greets me with her bright smile and happy disposition and I am never rushed by her or her staff during an office visit. She also has a terrific sense of humor and loves to chat!

I was treated very poorly by this doctor and her staff. If I could give them "zero stars" I would.
