Horrible Experiences --Here's One
For nine days, Dr. Gonzalez ignored pharmacy requests for a prescription refill for me, then, inexplicably, she refused to refill my medicine. She did this without contacting me to explain her concern. Days later I learned, through my pursuit of information, that her reason for denying my prescription request was a missed doctor’s appointment. Credibility for that reason vaporizes when the following facts surface: 1) the portal showed I was up to date with my appointments.2) there was never a request from Dr. Gonzalez for a faster rescheduling of appointment. 3) there were no issues about the medicine previously prescribed by her.Yet Dr. Gonzalez withheld heart medicine from a 78-year-old man who had two heart attacks and a stroke—and she did so for nine weeks! She never did provide the medicine and never tried to call me to see how I was doing.A doctor is supposed to be a patient’s advocate. Don’t count on that from Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz-Gonzalez.

Excellent PCP
Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz-Gonzalez is a fantastic provider and I'm so happy she is my primary care doctor. It took a while to get an appointment to establish as a new patient, but that is to be expected with nearly every medical practice. She is well worth the wait. She spends plenty of time with her patients and explains things clearly so you aren't left with a ton of questions after your visit. She truly believes in her patients and doesn't make you feel bad about yourself, listens to you, and comes up with practical solutions. Dr. Ortiz-Gonzalez and her team are rock stars and deserve all the praise for the hard work they do every day.
