Dr Novoa and his PA Leo have always been kind professional personable. This office staff are professional. The phone calls are responded to promptly and courteously. This is a well run practice!!

Dr. Novoa was the on call doctor. I called 4 times. The last time which is now 6 hours I was told I'm not his patient , although I'm a patient of the practice, and it's up to him if he'll call me. Well I guess he doesn't care about patients concerns. Definitely do not want him as my doctor.
