Dr. Elaine Madayag-Capuno, MD

I started going to Dr. Madayag a couple months ago. I have type 1 diabetes and needed a doctor ASAP to get my prescriptions, and her office got me in the fastest. However, since then, I barely feel I am even a patient. It feels impossible to get a hold of the office. When I switched, I had to go through an entire process just to get needles. She prescribed me a months supply, but no refills. I didn’t realize this at the time and now I am out of needles. I called many times in the past few days, just to get sent to voicemail every time. I left a voicemail to get the needles, and got no call back. Now they are closed on Friday at 12PM, and not open again until after Christmas. They had multiple days to listen to my voicemail or answer the phone and refill my prescription but did not. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone with a serious health condition. She also refuses to refer me to an endocrinologist and thinks she could do it. She basically has just told me to figure it out.

Very rude, screams at pts, mean hearted. She gets you addicted to meds, then just leaves you to danerously lets you with draw, dosent follow thru on your care, gets angry when you advocate for your self. Very untrust worthy, if you piss her off she drops you, leaving you with out care. Its easy for Madayag because she dosent care about people. Im meeting more people who just hate this person, due to her horrible attitude. She should'nt be allow to practice not even on animals. Becareful.

First of all this office has changed locations which would have been good to know prior to my appointment, second the new location offers no parking except a very small parking lot in the back which never has a spot so left with street parking on the main state highway in town. The staff was extremely rude and disorganized, the Dr. doesn't listen to anything I as a patient have to say assumes everything with out listening or even touching me to exam me. Never seeing this provider again.

By far the worst experience that I've ever had at a doctor's office in my entire life. She is the rudest person whereas and for the profession that she's in that's so bad. Plus she misdiagnosed me n said I had neuropathy n doubled my meds when I had a stress fracture Talonvicular n Navicular bones. I should n may still sue her.
