I came in for a regular eye exam. I have double vision insurance coverage. Next thing I know my medical insurance gets billed and I have a $75 co-pay. I called the office to find out what’s going on and they started making up stories about my primary care chart notes indicated that I was a diabetic and that the optometrist did a diabetic eye exam. I said what are you talking about my primary chart note? You are not allowed that information without a release of information. Also, why was I not di

Professional, listens and answers questions, thorough, honest, meticulously careful, Dr. Myers recovered over 70% of my vision loss due to drooping eyelids in about 45 minutes of surgery, recovery was mild, with fantastic results where I can now read without having to horizontally? lift and lower the book. Can now see the sky while driving, the river while boating, the day is so much brighter by this brilliant surgeon who knows what she is doing and does it efficiently and quickly.
