My initial experience with Dr. Riley seemed to go well; however, any attempt at follow-up after my initial appointment was met with dismal results. The original pain relief he was seeking to provide was with hyaluronic acid injections, after that was denied I reached out to discuss alternative options and never received a response to that question despite messaging multiple times. After looking for a second opinion with the provider reviewing the same imaging, the recommended surgery from him may have ended up making one of my issues significantly worse. From my perspective, he had a good bedside manner, but he does not know what to do with younger (under 40) patients.

This was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a medical provider. Dr. Riley was very rude and condescending . Dr. Riley actually raised his voice and became upset with me when I asked questions about my injury because he said I had interrupted him. I left my appointment not knowing exactly what my injuries were nor what to expect in regards to healing. In my opinion Dr. Riley needs to reevaluate how he cares for and interacts with his patients.
