Dr. Eduardo Zamora, MD

After being misdiagnosed by a nurse practitioner at WVU hospitals. Dr Zamora gave exceptional care and carefully explained my condition and how to manage symptoms. A true asset to our community. If only, all Doctors were as caring, compassionate and had the credentials as Dr Zamora. The practice itself, is beautiful and tranquil the atmosphere truly inspires healing.

My first thought walking into this establishment was just WOW. It was very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Thought I had walked into a spa! Dr. Zamora was very friendly and explained what he was doing through the whole nerve study. It made me feel very comfortable and it was over before i knew it! I would definitely recommend Dr. Zamora and this establishment for your specific neurological needs. Thank You again.

The best doctor's office I have ever visited. The Neurology Center of Excellence, is a wonderful office. It's a very relaxing and calm atmosphere. It is the cleanest and best smelling office I have ever visited. Upon entering you feel as if you have walked into a spa. The office staff are all very professional, helpful, kind and friendly. Kelly at the reception desk is so pleasant to interact with. She is always so helpful and smiling. A delight to enteract with. Lilly is wonderful, she is polite helpful and a wonderful addition to the staff. The staff all work well together. Mark, who is the practice manager, is very professional and always willing to help. The staff all work well together. It is evident that they love what they do and love their patients. I can’t say enough about Dr Zamora, he is a blessing, and a god send to the community of Martinsburg. He is very intelligent and always takes the time needed with his patients. Thank you Dr Zamora and Staff.

Dr. Zamora was kind, efficient, informative, did his best to keep me calm knowing I was nervous about the appointment. I would recommend him to others.

Saw Dr. Zamora twice and the total time spent on his presence was less than 10 minutes, after waiting months to be seen. The second visit, I had questions that needed answers and told him, he said he'd be right back and, after waiting 10 minutes or more, the nurse came in and was wondering why I was still in the room. I explained the Dr was returning to answer my questions, and the nurse said that no, the Dr had left the building... This is after they had called to ask me to come in early because the Dr needed to leave early, so I had to rearrange my work schedule to suit his preference. The sheer audacity... As I was leaving, I let them know that I wouldn't be returning and that the Dr was fired. The front office and Nursing staff were very cordial and helpful. The Dr...? Not worth the time to write this review, frankly.

We been to many doctors and Dr. Zamora has been very thorough and has gotten to the bottom of my problem

I was so appalled and disgusted by the way I I was treated (not treated). I am a kind person and never till now have ever left a bad review for any doctor, not even when dissatisfied. However, I could not let this go unsaid. I was honestly hurt by his arrogance and egregious conduct. I arrived for my 4:15pm appointment at 4:18pm, yes I arrived 3 minutes late. I'm a daycare owner and had to arrange for parents to pick up their children for early dismissal and that doesn't always go as expected (especially when dealing with infants and toddlers), so I was running just a few minutes behind. However, when I arrived I passed Dr. Zamora as he was walking to his car. At first I didn't recognize him, I entered the office to check in and the receptionist said Dr. Zamora had left for the day. I was actually extremely shocked as to why would he do that. This man is so full of himself that he couldn't even wait 3 mins for his patient to arrive. He obviously has no concerns for my care.

First of all, the evident clinical expertise and deep medical knowledge is brought to every patient by Dr Zamora and his team. Each person's case is uniquely understood and treated. The clinic is always super clean and accommodating. I've been a patient for 8 years and would not consider leaving his/their care. The Neurology Center of Excellence is a real asset in the Eastern Panhandle's medical system.

Dr. Zamora and his staff were incredibly accommodating to my schedule, even being able to see me on a Saturday. His bedside manner made me feel completely at ease and made what could be a very stressful appointment a breeze. I was quickly brought back and had no wait to have a comprehensive nerve study completed.

The appointment was on time, front desk was very courteous, Lily was quite kind and helpful when getting vitals. Dr. Zamora was exceptional and thorough. His diagnosis and treatment are working very well for me.

Dr. Zamora has worked to keep on top of my physical condition, and checked on my muscles recovery. He asked and answered questions, and was an encouragement as far as my physical recovery has come in the past year.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit, from the clean and professional space to the calming colors and sounds in the exam room to the way Dr. Zamora explained every step of the testing. I felt very comfortable and informed, and would definitely recommend this practice to my family and friends.

Dr. Zamora has been a blessing to me. I have had nerve pain for several years and felt like I was getting nowhere in my attempt to find out what was going on. I felt hopeless and disregarded by many drs. I felt as though some just thought I was crazy or just needed to suck it up. When I went to Dr. Zamora I wasn’t expecting much. I had been let down so many times before. But, not only did Dr. Zamora believe me, he listened closely to me and picked up on some things I said that turned out to be a clue to what may be causing my nerve pain. He did testing in his office and also ran tons of bloodwork that had never been checked before. I finally felt validated and hopeful that I can get back to living my life. I may never be totally pain free but, I feel like he has given me hope for the best possible outcome. Dr. Zamora is direct and discerning and I am so thankful that I went to that first appointment.

WONDERFUL. I went in 2 times in 1 week for testing. The Dr was very kind, held a good conversation. Really made it a less stressful environment. The staff was kind, considerate, full of smiles, and laughed among one another. I felt so at home and at peace both times visiting this office. The office was very clean and I felt an all-around safe environment, especially with this pandemic going on. I would recommend ANYONE to see Dr. Zamora. Thank you Dr. Zamora for all you did for me!

Absolutely the most knowledgeable doctor that you could ever ask for. Dr. Zamora was responsible for leading me down my path of discovery. This lead to ultimately saving my life. His testing and referrals are to be taken as trustworthy and accurate.

While I didn't enjoy the NCS, I did appreciate Dr Zamora's very pleasant and professional manor. All questions were answered clearly and patiently. A scheduling glitch on my part was kindly and readily accommodated by Dr Zamora and the office staff. I would recommend this practice anyone.

In my visit with Dr. Zamora, it didn't take long for me to notice the genuine concern he has for the care and welfare of his patients. I found him not only extremely thorough, he also took all the time he needed in assessing my situation. Dr. Zamora's high degree professionalism merits not only 5 stars but 500. Often times, one needs to travel out of the area to find a highly qualified doctor. I feel we are truly fortunate to have such a superior neurologist right here in Berkeley County.
