Kind Dr/Horrible Staff
Dr was always calm and nice and didn’t have a problem going through the motions of the appointment. He seemed to have low energy, but he was kind. His staff were extremely cold. All the ladies, not just one. The contrast was stark. I was completely ignored when I came in every time, without fail. Would barely look me in the eye when they spoke to me. When they did their eyes were dead with any feeling or emotion. Always a scowl and of course NEVER smiled. I honestly had a complex about it because it seemed like they hated me. There was one other person in the waiting room one time and the ladies smiled and came alive for a second, so I don’t know why I was singled out to mistreat like that. I thought maybe they didn’t like women. The nurse was impatient and abrasive. She acted like she was the Dr. It was such a strange unsettling environment. I did not like going and eventually transferred to someone else.

I have already referred friends and also family. He is what a true family practice dr should be. He listens and follows up to make sure you are ok. He sees that you go to the proper specialists when necessary. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND and you do not feel like just another body.
