Great Experience
Dr. Rhee is a highly professional and very thorough. She was recommended as one of the best ENT surgeons in the area. All my interactions with her have been positive. I highly recommend her. The only negative is that it is hard to get an appointment with her.

Awful
Dr. Rhee does not come across as confident in her field at all and I actually question her capability as an ENT. My confidence in her decreases every time I see her. In fact, this entire process has been a cluster of mishaps and bad advice and I fully regret she is going to do this procedure. She doesn't appear to care about the me as a patient and seems to have ulterior motives with her advice as she is non committal, yet provides her personal opinion, not her medical opinion, which is the only one I care about. I would respect her more as a doctor if she were forthcoming and honest. She comes across as very disingenuous and like she can't even be bothered in doing what is best for the patient. Something is definitely off with her and and I feel as though I have completely wasted my time. I have asked about seeing someone else, but that would mean starting all over again with tests. Annoyed that she was referred to me and now I'm stuck.

Excellent visit
Dr. Rhee was great - explained everything so that I understood what was happening. Audiologist was wonderful as well. Made me feel very comfortable. Front desk was nice and super efficient.

This was my first visit to this practice. Dr Rhee and her entire Team were welcoming, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this care giver to anyone needing ENT services.
