Doesn’t even pretend to care
Some Doctors you have to wonder if they are truly sincere or even care about you in the slightest, but you don’t have to wonder about that with Dr Birky because you’ll find out rather quickly he doesn’t care and won’t pretend for a moment that he does.

Bad business
This need to be 0 stars. The white thin hair hair lady was rude and even told the doctor I was gone and he left…that’s bad business and they both should be fired not a good representation of Baptist health…it’s health so patient should be seen about there health…do not go to him even if you doctors refer you to him…

I went to Dr. Birky for headaches and migraines, and did not find much relief in the year that I saw him. He would not spend more than 10 minutes with me, and would not prescribe medications that I asked about, but nothing he prescribed was effective and gave me side effects. I did not feel that he listened to me at all. When he interrupted me in my appointment, I knew I had to find another doctor. He might be good for another specialty but not for migraines.

Terrible attitude
Lacking professional compassion. Very short with patient. Spends as little time as possible. If you have a problem you think is associated with sleep apnea then he does not offer suggestions for a referral. Arrogant. From desk staff is rude and disorganized. An appointment was changed and confirmed in front of my spouse. I was called on old appointment day and asked why I wasn’t there!! Very disorganized.

Worst Doctor EVER. Refusing to refill Anti Seizure medicine for an epileptic until the patient comes back into the office, but wont get the patient in FOR THREE MONTHS. The receptionists are unprofessional and rude and do not care about anyone. Was told to "figure it out yourself". No compassion WHAT SO EVER. This doctor and his entire office only care about money and DO NOT CARE IF THEIR PATIENTS DIE.

I think that Dr. Birky is a good physician, however his staff are not professional. RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF!
