Dr McCorkle wanted me to get a scan for a brain tumor. Asking a GP about it he was amazed that McCorkle suggested that. So I didn’t and will not recommend or return.

Very rude and obviously didn't care
The doctor literally told me to ignore my problem and worry about something else. Told me 3 reasons that could possibly be my problem and sent me on my way. I've never felt like a doctor has been so careless in my life.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left the staff was amazing & professional. Dr. McCorkles was awesome. His yrs of experience was on full display as he addressed my concern with professionalism and positive humor - which eased my worried mind. He was solution driven !! Thank you . If I ever needed an ENT again I would go straight there ! Kudos to nurse Amy too!!

Dismissive
I spent more time waiting in the lobby to be seen than with the doctor. The appointment was maybe four to five minutes and I left with a diagnosis of "nothing can be done, deal with it." Very dismissive as a doctor and as a person.

I have seen this doctor before. I will NOT be back! This Dr. suggested that I "Google" possible remedies for the issue in which I saw him for. He also suggest I seek an apptmnt. with a "speech therapist", but during my own research I discovered that it should be a "voice therapist". Also, I asked the doctor for his hospital affiliation and he gave a different hospital from what his online profile reflects. Oh DEAR!..

I had an ear infection and was seen within 5 minutes of entering his office. He did something that was not comfortable to my ear and prescribed antibiotic/steroidal ear drops and told me to keep my ear absolutely dry.

After waiting for 45 minutes to see the doctor he rushed us out in 5 minutes and made me feel like my daughter wasn't worth his time. he made us feel as if she was not worthy of his care. I felt his racisism vibes and it saddens my heart that my daughter had to witness his shallow bigotry and rudeness. I'm going let my pediatrician know so that they don't refer anybody else to this office

I have a rare condition that was diagnosed, yet mistreated by previous doctors. I've had multiple surgeries on my sinuses which have never solved my issue. If it wasn't for Dr. McCorckle I would continue to suffer as I had been for the majority of my life. He has helped me to manage my condition and avoid triggers that affect my health.

So disappointed in the quality of service with Dr McCorkle. Now I know why it was so easy to get an appointment so soon. Staff was friendly and nice but Dr McCorkle not only had horrible bed side manners but was greatly lacking in basic healthcare knowledge . After sacrificing time off work, waiting over 30 min in the waiting room he rushed me through my appt, less than 10 min. He threw a diagnosis and prescription in my face and when I asked him to explain he said I should google it. Seriously?

Dr. McCorkle has seen my family for a few years and we have been extremely satisfied with his services. His staff is very professional. I have moved 45 minutes away and we are all still going there for our ENT needs. He is wonderful!

I was told I was going to have only local and then at surgery time I was given general. He told me this would be a simple procedure, it wasn't. I haven't been in this much pain since childbirth. I would not recommend him to anyone.
