Terrible patient care
Deeply disappointed in visit with Dr Federle. Seemed very rushed. Grabbed injured area with no warning or discussion whatsoever. Seems lacking in basic realization that a real person is on the other side of the injury. Stood out in open area discussing patient visit with other medical personnel. Will take any future ortho needs business elsewhere.

My 89 year old mother was relying on Dr. Federle for a simple prescription of pain relief for a hip injury. She had to call several time on January 27 to get it called in. They assured her that he would call it in. They never did! So now she is in pain all weekend until she calls in on Monday. Either he ignored the request or his staff just didn’t bother to do it. This is shameful and should never happen. To get her MRI read she had to call in twice, what is going on with this practice? Terrence Harper

My step-daughter went to Dr Federle with what clearly showed up in the hospital x-rays as two broken bones in her foot. The bones were oblique and displaced, and were becoming further displaced as time we on. Upon review of his x-rays, he simply told her to wear a boot and come back and see him in 5 weeks. His personal demeanor was belittling. Upon going to another doctor in Indy, she was scheduled for surgery within the week. The Indy doctor was stunned when told what Dr. Federle had said. Either Dr. Federle didn't want to have to deal with my step-daughters situation, or he is incompetent.

Appreciate Dr Kline at BCSC’ clinic to actually look at a series of x-rays, and, after a year and 1/2 and thousand of dollars, diagnosis the issue. Unreal. Great guy but worthless practice (I.e. surgery to place a plate in the wrist, but, wait, take it out!). MRI ordered, but forgot to see the infection in the tibula. Yet another bone scan, but no results shared via his office. Antibiotic sent to pharmacy three days after he indicated. Again, thanks. To Dr Kline for being aggressive.

This man is an excellent Dr. with an wonderful bedside manner. He explained what would happen during my ankle surgery very well to myself and my family. With all of my follow up appointments he and his staff were so great and professional. I would recommend him to everyone who has a need! He's the best around!

As I write this review I am still in the exam room waiting for Dr Federle to give me my test results. My appointment was at 9:30am... it is now 10:40am. I will never ever return to this man again. He was loud, rude, arrogant, and unprofessional as the entire time he was talking to me he was chewing gum with his mouth open! He told me I had degenerative disk disease and told me to take some Advil!!!!! Now I see why both of the receptionist URGED me to see someone else!!!!
