The worst ! You would do better at the walk in clinic than seeing her. As physicians go, she does not listen to patient or spouse. We will never go back.

I would not take my dog to her
Recently, I did NOT see Dr. Gregory. I saw her PA for a Medicare Physical. The PA was wonderful. The fault lies with her boss. The PA told me that Dr. Gregory would be sending an order for FASTING bloodwork to the lab for me. I fasted and showed up. NO ORDER. I sat in Dr. Gregory's office to find out what to do and waited 1 HOUR. The desk staff told me that I would not be having BW. ??? This was supposed to be a PHYSICAL. I had not had my cholesterol, etc. checked in over a year. I can only assume that Dr. Gregory over-rode her PA on the bloodwork decision. This is not the first time! Dr. Gregory is condescending bordering on rude and seems to think that I am a hypochondriac. For instance, 3 years ago she said that I had 'Garden variety pain'. I went to a neurologist, a hand surgeon, and a spine surgeon. All 3 did surgery. We are finding another doctor.

Horrible visit! Sad excuse for healthcare!
First time I have ever left a Doctor’s office crying. I was told that “if you have any more questions, you need to come back more often. I have 3 patients waiting and one with an EKG”. This was all done in front of her staff. I was totally humiliated! I walked out saying “have a great day” and cried all the way home. Never again! Harbin Clinic…you can do better!!! What happened with doctors like Dr. Hanley, Anthony Montez, etc.???? Patients deserve better!

Dr. Gregory is one of the kindest, knowledgeable, and personable doctors I have ever known. She takes the time to actually listen, has a conversation with you, and truly gets to the bottom of your health issues.

Bad Doctor
This doctor has the biggest chip on her shoulder and the worst bed side manner of any doctor I have ever seen. I made an appointment with her because of some chest pain episodes I had experienced. Another doctor had advised me to see her as he wanted to rule out and possibility of an aortic problem. After my exam with Dr. Gregory, I asked her if she thought it could be my aorta or an issue with it and her response was this: "I have no idea, how would I know? For all I know, it could be a brain tumor." Those were her exact words to me. Then she proceeded out of the room and I told her I needed to ask one more question. I followed her out of the exam room and we are standing at the nurses station. This was her response: "No, I don't have time. This was a lot, just a lot. It wouldn't be fair for you to take anymore time, that wouldn't be fair to the other patients, now would it?" And I was dismissed. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! She is the worst!

Down-to-earth Physician
Dr. Gregory has consistently helped me navigate my senior years. She has always been pleasant to me, and she is a great listener who cares much about her patients. If someone does not like her, I say that person is an overly critical creature!

Zero Stars!!
ZERO STARS for DG!! Dr. Gregory made me feel judged and uncared for since my first visit. I’ve gone back a few times hoping it would get better but it never has. This has been going on for just over a year. -I have been on the same medication since the early 90’s for my ADHD. I switched drs to her bc my dr of 10+years was moving. I’ve left every apt with Dr Gregory feeling judged , frustrated, helpless and in tears. (And I’m required to go every 3 months for my refills ) -Dr Gregory’s PA Anthony Montes de Oca, is amazing ! I saw him last month & would see him every time if I could !! However, Dr Gregory is so petty that she only filled one script from that visit. When I went to get my second month rx filled, it wasn’t there. I called her office & she demanded I be seen by her for any more refills. (I’m self pay, btw. ). I’m not due for another check up for two months. :(. -Another petty act of hers was sending my pharmacist a note saying “do not fill this rx a day early”. Who does t

Couldn't help with a simple staph infection. Was condescending and very unprofessional. Walked in and never introduced herself, never read my chart. Had to repeat everything I had just explained to the nurse who checked me in. Told me I should call my previous doctor...so I did. Got a appt that afternoon. I'll never see her again. I've been looking for a caring general practitioner for years. Still looking but stop looking at HARBIN CLINIC. Love Dr Warren but had similar problem with his office until I called him out on it everything was corrected so I stayed. But this Dr Gregory takes the cake. I'M DONE WITH HARBIN CLINIC.

Dr. Gregory made me feel judged and uncared for since my first visit with her. I went back a few times hoping it would get better but it never did so I am now happily leaving her practice. I have been on the same medication for years and left my initial apt feeling judged and in tears. She threatened to take me off of my meds due to my weight (I am naturally a very small person but I am in no way underweight or unhealthy). Fast forward -- I called this week to have my rx refilled & there were communication issues...some of which were my fault but I am not a medical professional so it was her duty to educate me and instead she was condescending and rude (I once again ended up in tears bc of her with this convo). Since then she demanded I be seen for a refill on my rx when I was just seen less than 2 months ago and only got 1 out of 3 prescriptions filled from that visit. She is petty and unprofessional. Trust me, this woman is not worth your time. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

My father Mr. Green had the most unpleasant experience today with Dr. Donna Gregory at the Cartersville Georgia location of Harbin Clinic while simply inquiring with her about several low cost medical options, for various medical ailments, as he lives on a fixed income. Dr. Gregory rudely reprimanded him about how long medical professionals go to school for, and how they aren’t in the habit of doing things for free, of which I should mention he was not requesting of her or anyone else, just seeking advice, then she left the appointment with haste and left him uneasy. Dr. Donna Gregory is apathetic, and unapologetically dismissive of those who live on a fixed income, further she is a disgrace to the Hippocratic Oath. Don’t seek advice or help from her if you live in a difficult financial state.

My sister went in today for a visit with Dr Gregory. For a backstory, my sister struggles with several chronic illnesses that affect day to day life. She’s had a really hard time being taken seriously by doctors for her conditions. So my sister goes in, and Dr Gregory presents herself in a very flippant way, having an attitude that proves that she didn’t care at all about what my sister was dealing with. She had a recommendation from another doctor, and Dr Gregory expected my sister to know everything and treated her like she was a piece of trash that was completely inconveniencing her. How dare she come in and ask for her help while she’s suffering? My sister was anxious and crying by the time she was leaving the office. She was in pain. She was scared. My sister was completely unimportant to her and she dismissed and minimized everything she said. If I had space to write an entire essay about this, I would. She needs to lose her license immediately. So disgustingly shameful.

She's a horrible doctor if you go to see her for anything but a common cold. She refused to fill a prescription that my previous doctor, who retired, had me on for the past 6 years, all because she did not want to receive emails pertaining to her patients on that medication so she was taking all her patients off it. She's rude, does not at all care to get to know her patients. She has zero compassion and only is convened with how things effect her. I would NOT recommend her and would advise her current patients to RUN!

I had my very first visit with Dr. Gregory today, and she is by far the WORST physician I have ever visited. She took no time to get to know me as a patient, and criticized my previous doctor’s recommendations...extremely unprofessional. Her bedside manner is terrible, and she shows no genuine concern for patients. To make matters worse, at what appeasers to be the end of my appointment, I am unsure because she walked off to see another patient, she did nothing to indicate that she was done, did not check to see if I had any questions, nor did she say goodbye. I had to sit and wait for the nurse to tell her that I had questions before she ever came back. If you are a new patient, and you are thinking of taking on Dr. Donna Gregory, please reconsider making a huge mistake and wasting your money!!!
