Not easy to get ahold of; unknowledgeable
It wasn’t easy to get ahold of Dr. Samuel. Dr. Samuel didn’t keep up with emails or calls for appointments, which led to a lot of confusion on my end. Additionally, she displayed poor bedside manners, and was unknowledgeable in the field which led to my symptoms worsening due to improper treatment.

We have been seeing Dr. Samuel for years and I don’t know how we would have made it through this journey without her. We trust her. We love her and we are so thankful for her! She’s amazing!!!

Very kind and patient. She has been wonderful with my 11 year old son and always explains things so he can understand and doesn't talk down to him. When I first left a message, she called me back that day and was able to set up an appt within a month. Many of the other pediatric psycharitists I called weren't taking new patinents, only had appointments months away, or didn't even return my calls. We are very thankful for Dr. Samuel!
