Wonderful Dr. Spillar is amazing. I feel like for the first time. My input into my treatment is value. Being able to use my insurance for visit has made a direct, tangible outside help. For example, I joined a gym and have started taking taking tie chi classes. To learn how to quiet my mind. Not to mentionl. The physical exertion. I feel very lucky to get into see her to see anybody. Suffering from PTSD and other Dole diagnosis.

In my 40’s I had been in and out of therapy most of my life having seen dozens of therapists. I was blessed to find Dr Spillar, who by far is the best and most knowledgeable psychiatrist/therapist I’ve ever met. She doesn’t judge, she isn’t confrontational, she really listens, she always has resources to refer to and tools to teach. Not only did I get through my issues but I learned a lot. I recommend anyone who is in need to give her a try.
