I came here for a cardiologist follow up visit. Dr. Lam was very patience and attentive to my cardiovascular issues. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I first met Dr. Lam was at a myocardial infarction incident. She was very personable and very comforting to the patient and his family. She took times to comfort and explain the situation and procedure to the patient and his family, to distill the fear. She is serious, but can be humorous. The only things I wish is her office staff can speak more basic English, I find it difficult to communicate when I call.

Incompetent staff that doesn't appear to understand what's going on or know what to do. They also barely speak English, so it's very hard to communicate. I can't speak to Dr. Lam's actual abilities as a doctor, but she's not good at developing trust with her patients. Between failures to call back with test results and the way she speaks (often sounds like accusations for things that you don't even do), it's been a horrible experience. I don't trust her as a doctor at all, unfortunately.
