Dr. Diana Delvalle, MD

Failed over 2 months to diagnose my sinus infection. Ignored my other symptoms such as sinus pressure and asthma exarcerbation. When challenged she becomes right down rude.

They don’t make doctors like this anymore. She is caring, thoughtful, very conscientious, and truly cares about her patient’s. I recommend her very highly!!! She is an amazing doctor, she saved my husband’s life.!!

She is very patient explains everything extremely trustworthy. Excellent doctor most of all an expert in her field. I highly recommend this doctor.

I had an appointment with Dr. Delvalle. Upon driving to her office, my GPS stopped working so I called her office for directions. A recording answered & kept me on hold for 45 minutes while I was driving around lost in Boca. I even called her other office & received the same treatment on that line. They obviously don't care about their patients & have absolutely NO RESPECT for them since they ignore their phone calls. When I got there, instead of taking me next as I was late because they couldn't pick up the phone, they had the nerve to tell me I had to wait for 2 people before me to be seen. I would have been there before them if the office staff answered the phone. Another patient in the office told me he had the same problem with them. G-d forbid someone is really sick & they don't answer! I left. A wasted afternoon, not to mention the 45 minutes of gas I wasted because they couldn't pick up the phone for 1 minute to help me with directions.

Dr Del Valle is a ENT at ENT and allergy associates of Florida. My experience was not pleasant after 2 separate visits (i try to give people a second chance just in case they are having a rough day). She Talks at you and not to the patient. She does Not involve you in the plan of care. She was Rude and if challenged or patient asked questions she becomes very aggressive and only resolve is “i can find you list of doctors if you are not happy with me”. After your visit with this doctor you are left with guessing or googling on the internet for clarity as she does not take the time to discuss or explain your health conditions or treatment options. I learned more from the schedulers that called to make my appointments. I feel bad for her patients that are not as clinical as myself without a medical background. Two separate times i asked for refill of my medications, and it was not ordered. If you are having any issues that require a ENT, do not look for help with Dr Diana Del Valle be

Great doctor. I had been to two other doctors and both of them couldn’t figure out what was wrong. She immediately recognized the problem and gave me the right medication to fix it. I will be back to her for all my ear problems.

I had a horrible experience with her. Walked in but left in an ambulance. 2 weeks in hospital and rehab Because of her incompetant examination. It’s been 3 months. I’m still not back to normal. And she never checked on me.

Dr. Del Valle accurately diagnosed that what my PCP had been treating as an ear infection had actually been an attack of shingles in my ear. However, she refused to treat the resulting post herpetic neuralgia. Instead, she referred me to a neurologist. However, all of the neurologists have 3 to 4 month waiting lists. She did not care that I would be left in pain. Shingles in the ear is not entirely uncommon. Why can't an ENT prescribe one of the well researched drugs to treat the after math?

Friendly, very informed and 100 percent professional. A doctor that listen, a doctor that takes the required time, a doctor that diagnoses with total proficiency and provides the right path for a cure. I will recommend it with my eyes closed.
