HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS Dr.
During one appointment I discussed suffering from painful migraines and she said “so what do you want me to do?” I looked at her in shock and told her she was the Doctor not me and I was hoping she would be able to help me. I did not go back to her office for about three years. When I did return, I regretted it as she called me obese, told me I could solve a lot of my problems by working out and she recommended me to see another Dr. Because she did not know what was wrong with me. A few days later, I messaged her saying I was in severe pain and asked what she recommended I do. She responded that I should take pain medicine. I ended up in the hospital and needed to get my appendix removed. She is dismissive, not that knowledgable and not helpful. I would not recommend this Dr. To anyone.

Uncaring and Uninformed
I had a medical issue and I brought it to the attention to Dr. Chicos. She said she wasn't concerned about the issue and that it didn't seem serious. No diagnoses or remedy was indicated by Dr. Chicos. The issue persisted, so I saw a nurse practitioner on Zoom about a week later. The nurse practitioner was able to accurately diagnose my issue and provide a prescription that helped me beat the staph infection I was suffering from. I'm not sure how Dr. Chicos overlooked this common issue, but it was obviously she had no clue or simply didn't care.

Rude and uncaring
She didn't listen to my concerns. She was rude and dismissive. When I went to another doctor, I was diagnosed with an illness that she didnt even try to diagnose.

She was dismissive and rude. She blamed my weight on all of my problems, before reading my chart, which she didn't read. She barely spoke to me, prescribed nothing, and didn't examine me at all.

Dismissive, flippant. Voiced knee pain-said it was just arthritis, and nothing can be done; ignored post-menopause complaints; saw no need for follow-up carotid doppler. NOOO bedside manner.

My regular dr was not there. Dr. Chico’strivialized my symptoms during the entire visit and only evaluated my area of pain when I pressed her with questions- even then, she rushed it. Another specialist I had seen recommended I get further testing & so I mentioned this to her and she said, “If you want to get a piece of mind, get the test. But you really should think about meeting with a psychiatrist about your symptoms.” I was shocked. A horrible experience- I won’t go back.

This is my third visit and last. At first she was a little rude but I said maybe I'm overthinking. The second visit was quick but the same. Todays visit I wanted to talk over a procedure I needed, review medications and to check me over for some other things. She kept blowing off my concerns and saying "well I don't know what that is". I was very dissapointed with her. She is rude and I will not be seeing her again. I see why she has room for new patients..it seems she doesn't have any.
