Dr. Mehta worst doctor I've met
Dr. Mehta CLINIC DESERVES A ZERO STAR. Too many reasons for leaving a bad review. Here are just a few: Dr. Mehta did not taylor his treatment, he only offers one option. Dr. Mehta came into the room with two young individuals, he didn't even tell me who they were. One person was just in regular clothes. It's just so unprofessional. Hands down worst clinic I ever been to. I could not find one thing positive about his clinic. From the receptionist to the Nurses to the PA Doctors have the worst attitude, care, and treatment I ever received. Scheduling an appointment means nothing, they will change it with an automated text message a couple of days before your appointment. They are terrible with proper document controls, receiving and handling such as MRI Reports sent to them. FIND ANOTHER CLINIC. I wasted 3 months was these slobs.

Terrible Doctor
No attention to detail, just in and out in less than 2 minutes, never check my problem, sent medication to my pharmacy and referred me for a shot that I didn’t want or need, this guy is just about making money. One appointment and I was looking for a new doctor

I would never recommend any of my patients
I am a physician too and in my 50 years of practicing medicine, I have never before found a doctor who lacks compassion and sympathy like Dr. Mehta. His interview was demeaning and abusive. He showed no respect for a senior patient.

He's a good Dr but office manger is rude
Received a bill for $275.00, called the office to ask what this was about and right off the bat the woman who answered had a major attitude. Told her I was never asked once for a co-payment and her reply was that they had re trained the office staff to now ask for one. Told her it wasn't my fault that the staff never asked for a payment but now you want me to pay. Her attitude was so bad I finally hung up. Will not being going back to this Dr.

Dr. Mehta and his staff from the Clinic in Boyle Heights to the Covina Office, have been amazing. They have been comforting, patient, caring and professional and I'm very happy this is the Pain Management Team we chose. I was hesitant with the negative reviews but you cant go off everything you read., Thank you everyone.

I was kicked out of office because I wouldn't get unnessesary procedure. Somebody, Karen made me an appt and I didn't know, when I got to my appt on Aug 5 2020, Melinda told me to not return to office because I refused to pay $50 for missing July 15 2020 procedure . I didn't agree to. I told David and Rudy I didn't want procedure on my neck, that was at last visit July 8 2020. They scheduled me anyway. I didn't know. Now office is charging me $50 for not showing up when I never knew about appointment until Aug 5 2020, when I went to my refill appt. Nurses ganged up on me in RM 1 ( 4 of them) called me names and put me out, for not wanting procedures done, just wanting refills. Nurse called me F 'n n...er Followed me to car hollering.

Dr. Mehta is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He yells to his staff in other rooms, the doors to the exam rooms remain open at all times so their is no privacy at all. He leaves the room several times to go to other patients while he's treating you, he's clearly going from patient to patient trying to see as many patients as he can. Both of his offices are old and rundown. The waiting room has a headless manikin wearing scrubs and a back brace, not sure if he's selling scrubs or back braces but neither would surprise me. Dr. Mehta has insulted me on several occasions and when I confronted him about he said "this is my office, I'll say what I want". His staff just shake their heads behind his back and apologize for his behavior every time he leaves the room. This man clearly only cares about making money and not about helping people with their pain.

Really good! His staff is wonderful and courteous and they do their best to accommodate. While I read all the reviews, I find truly interested in relieving his patients pain & get you back to a normal life. He Is a little pompous, but I think it’s because he knows what he’s doing & doesn’t care about small talk.

I just sat here and read all the negative comments for Dr Mehta AND his staff! I do not understand! My experience with Dr and his staff is great! If I call in, the staff is always polite and helpful. As far as Dr being rude, I have yet to see that! He DOES NOT rush in and out, he sits there and explains everything to me very clearly! Idk, just saying! I know I, myself, like him! ??

I had the unfortunate experience of having Dr. Mehta see me when I was in the hospital for an inflamed appendix. I'd been a chronic pain patient for over 10 years; my admitting doc wanted him involved. Dr. Mehta came in; I began to explain my extensive spine damage; who I had been seeing for pain and what my regimen was. He interrupted me after no more than 5 minutes arrogantly saying he really didn't want to do very much for me. I fired him immediately. I recovered & went home after 5 days.

I would never refer this doctor to anyone. I have been seeing him for several years & he and his staff were always very professional & friendly. I enjoyed my visits & trusted them. Until 2 wks ago when I went for my monthly visit & was informed that the doctor was no longer accepting the medi-cal I was assigned to. I have medicare but that didn't matter. The doctor told me to go to my primary care doctor to find another pain doctor. I am partially disabled & need pain medication to function.

I have been seeing Dr Mehta for 3 years because there is no other pain management doctor near me. His primary concern is not the patient. His focus is on his business making money. He tries to manipulate patients into paying cash upfront instead of using their insurance. To have a logical discussion with him is impossible. Unfortunately, I have to agree with other comments about his being rude. He has no tact and no concern for the patient.

This place is a joke you go somewhere to get help and answers and your immediately treated like a drug addict. Doctor clearly doesn't have any idea what he's doing he didn't seem to concerned of what I am going through or the pain I have been in. The doctor is rude and came off rough and aggressive immediately as he came in the room

Dr. Mehta provided an Epidural for me 7 years ago and it went very well, with pain relief for weeks after. I moved away, now I am back with back and hip pain. I went to Dr. Mehta today, and have received information for a new treatment. I am looking forward to having that done.
